“COLD READING SKILLS”

Are you scared of cold reading? Cold reading is a skill every successful actor must learn. We will give you the tools you need to turn that fear into excitement and help you thrive with any unfamiliar material  for  film, TV, commercial  or  theater. 

Do you ever need to prepare (sometimes multiple) auditions in a short amount of time? We will guide you through zeroing in on specific character traits to highlight  helping you make strong and  interesting choices, how to make an instant organic connection to your scene partner or reader, and breathe life into any character all while not getting tongue tied!

In this 4-week virtual class you’ll be taught a  cold reading technique you can use if you are given the script 3 minutes ahead of time, 3 days ahead of time or 3 weeks ahead of time and you just want to help yourself memorize (become familiar) faster.   Let us help you take the pressure off of “perfection” and instead  focus on showing YOUR personal potential.  Similar to riding a bike; it starts off feeling different, iffy, “impossible”. But over time you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature and most importantly, just like riding a bike, you’ll never forget.
